- So I saw that Seylb filled a request for a mod made by luke8352 and was wondering if it would be possible to convert the Vampire Lord Royal Bloodline mod featured on Nexus. It adds more perks to the Vampire Lord as well as the ability to fly and to use Harkons Vampire Lord armor including cape.

The Moot is a council made up of the jarls of each hold in Skyrim that is convened upon the death of the High King of Skyrim to formally choose the successor to the throne from any qualifying members of the royal family.[1][2] In the absence of a legitimate heir, the Moot instead chooses a successor from among the jarls.[1] The Moot can reconvene during a living High King's reign if he breaks some taboo which makes the jarls lose confidence in him, such as refusing a challenge made in the old traditions.[3]
History[edit]
In 1E 369, the War of Succession began in Skyrim after the death of High King Borgas.[4]Imperial historians attribute the war to the Moot's failure to appoint 'the obvious and capable' Jarl Hanse of Winterhold.[2] The war, which lasted until 1E 420 and resulted in the collapse of the First Empire of the Nords, was brought to an end with the Pact of Chieftains, which dictated that the Moot only be convened when the High King died without any direct heirs. The Moot served in this limited role well, and was only called upon three times until at least the late Second Era.[2]
The first of these occasions came with the death of High King Olaf One-Eye,[5] the very man who was crowned at the conclusion of the War of Succession.[6] Olaf's rule was marked by great strife among the Nords, and amid fears of another contentious Moot, each of Skyrim's holds sent a mage to a special convocation to craft a magical artifact capable of testing the worth of potential rulers. The result was the Crown of Verity, which replaced the lost Jagged Crown as the symbol of Skyrim's monarchs. When the Moot selected the warrior and chieftain Asurn Ice-Breaker to be the next High King, they mandated that he also don the Crown of Verity. Upon Asurn's unequivocal rejection by the crown, he threatened to kill the Moot, but one member challenged Asurn to lawful combat. Asurn was swiftly struck down, and the duel's victor, Kjoric the White, was then accepted by the Crown of Verity and pronounced High King by the Moot.[5]
The Moot continued using the Crown of Verity to determine the worthiness of candidates for the throne, and the practice was accepted without question until the assassination of High King Logrolf in 2E 431. Logrolf's daughter, Freydis, was in line to succeed him as High Queen, but Jarl Svartr of Solitude denied her legitimacy and demanded a Moot be called to choose a successor. Freydis was accepted by the Crown of Verity, subsequently renamed the Crown of Freydis in her honor, and crowned High Queen in Windhelm, but a partial Moot convened in Solitude and declared Svartr to be High King. This marked the division of Skyrim into eastern and western kingdoms, a schism that lasted for many years afterwards.[5]
By the late Third Era, the Moot still gathered to recognize the new High King, but it had been reduced to a formality. This was due to Skyrim's capital becoming the city most directly influenced by Imperial culture and politics, meaning the Jarl of Solitude typically served as High King without dispute.[1] This held true up until the reign of High King Torygg in the early Fourth Era.[3].
The Great Moot[edit]
In the Second Era, the Ebonheart Pact was governed by a separate body called Great Moot, wherein decisions were ratified by representatives of the Pact's members. The Great Moot convened in the Pact's capital of Mournhold.[7] In 2E 572, Jorunn the Skald-King of Eastern Skyrim was named acting High King of the Great Moot after he thwarted an Akaviri invasion, with the aid of Dunmer and Argonian forces.[8] In 2E 582, Jorunn's rule was again ratified at the summit of Skuldafn following his brother Fildgor Orcthane's failed attempt to usurp the throne.[9]

Dawnguard truly did justice for vampires in the TES series.
But if there’s one thing we can all agree on, I hope it’s that players can never have enough when it comes to additions. Especially TES fans.
If you’re still playing Skyrim to this day, that means you’re one of those hardcore fans that will probably get the TES VI pre-order as soon as you can.
It’s likely you’re still trying different Skyrim playthroughs to this day, and one that every player seems to love is the true vampire playthrough.
The main problem is that vampires do need some tweaks – even if you have Dawnguard installed.
So I’ve compiled a list of mods that will enhance your vampire experience in Skyrim and take it to the next level. Enjoy them all and see what your vampire Dragonborn is capable of!
10. Vampire No Sun Damage
What’s what, you say immersive mods are your thing? Then check this one out for sure.
It basically lets you take less damage under the sun when you’re wearing hoods or helmets, as well as any protective gear that might keep your skin from directly interacting with sunlight.
It’s not OP either, as not all damage is removed.
However you do take less damage to all your attributes when using extra gear!
9. Belua Sanguinare Revisited
BSR is the first total overhaul for vampires on my list. And it’s one that you’ll want to try out even if you have Danwguard installed.
This mod has been highly touted as the best vampire mod in Skyrim, and it remains such for many users around the world.
It tweaks basically everything from the base game, including the fear and feed systems.
The mod also gives you access to customization tools of your own, so you can dictate how your character looks and acts while in a vampiric state.
Scare people and enjoy an immersive progression system that puts Skyrim’s own vampirism features to shame.
8. Bat Travel Vampire
Now this mod allows you to transform into a swarm of bats to travel quicker, much as vampires did in traditional films and cartoons.
And trust me, it’s fun.
It looks a bit cartoonish and not as serious as other mods, but it’s still quite a cool addition to have in the game. Definitely worth at least trying(you can always uninstall, right?)
7. Lustmord Vampire Armor
One thing that I couldn’t miss on my list is a proper vampire armor to wear on female characters.
Female vampires are some of the most popular characters in Skyrim (shocking, I know).
And using the Lustmord Vampire Armor is going to take your experience to the next level.
The set itself is as detailed as I’ve never seen, with some exclusive features that make it one of the absolute best armor mods from the entire community.
And it has some additional surprises that you might want to check out – including explosive crossbow bolts!
6. Dynamic Vampire Appearance
This is a must-have mod if you’re looking for immersion as a vampire.
It changes the way the face of your vampire looks depending on which vampirical actions they’re performing.
Have you just sucked the blood out of an innocent?
Watch the blood drip out of your vampire’s mouth for a while after feeding.
Are you using the vampire night vision skill?
Then watch how your eyes turn yellow and glow like never before.
As if that wasn’t enough, your face will also change as you advance through the various stages of vampirism. Each stage has its own custom look, adding way more realism than you’d probably ever want to ask for. And it’s fantastic.
5. Royal Bloodline – Vampire Lord Perk Tree
The Vampire Lord in Dawnguard is easily one of the best additions ever made for the game.
Turning into a Lord is absolutely awesome, and fear-inducing for all sorts of foes. But the skill tree does leave a bit to be desired.
This mod aims to change that by creating a new skill tree for Vampire Lords that helps to enhance the difficulty of the game. Just a bit.
It also gives the game some extra tweaks to further improve vampirism.
4. Predator Vision
Skyrim Se Royal Bloodline
This aims to incorporate the vision that Predator has in the movies into Skyrim.
It does so brilliantly. Not to mention that vampires, werewolves, and Khajit will be able to use it.
Basically, your character will be able to see clearly at night when you activate this skill, which will enable you to hunt like a proper night-dweller.
This skill is a great complementary to for the classic vampire vision that Skyrim comes with.
3. Better Vampires Fangs
This is also one that you’ll want to install if you’re after deep immersion.
I suggest you give it a go alongside the Dynamic Vampire Appearance mod, as they both create a much better image of vampires than what Skyrim and Dawnguard have managed to do.
This one makes vampire fangs look far more natural by reducing their length and adding them to female vampires as well.
The eyes and shape of their faces will also look much better with this mod installed – give it a go!

2. Sacrosanct – Vampires of Skyrim
If you thought that the other vampirism overhaul on my list was good, you’ll want to check this one out.
Sacrosanct completely transforms vampirism into something much better by adding new perks, abilities, a new skill tree, and much more.
It’s hard to list everything so this is one of those mods you’ll want to install and play with for a bit to really see what it can do.
1. Better Vampires 8.4
Better Vampires takes the first spot on my list because it allows you to tweak vampirism to your liking. And it offers a lot of tweaking.
One of the reasons why many players don’t turn into vampires is because it makes you feel like you’re not in control most of the time. But this mod changes all of that.
You can choose how easy you want it to feel when you’re a vampire, or how difficult you want it to be. It’s all up to you.
Make it a challenging experience, keep it for a little while, or lower the vampirism difficulty and just slay everything. This is basically choose your own adventure, vampire Skyrim edition.
